Services

Currently, I am out of network with insurance companies. What does this mean? It means we get to work together without a focus on labels, limits, or other’s reviewing your health information.

This doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t submit our sessions to your insurance for reimbursement. Many insurance policies have out-of-network benefits. Upon request, I can provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit.

Payment will be taken at the end of the session. I accept all major credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards through a secure site.

Let’s see if we’re a good fit! You talk, I listen and provide you with any and all information I can in our short time together to ensure you feel supported and connected going into work with me.

60-minute intake

This is where you get to tell your story however it is easiest for you and I begin to conceptualize how I can fit into the narrative. We go over history and goals and I explain how my services will benefit you.

Where the work really happens! I provide you with tools and resources and you tell me how things are going. We make the space whatever you need it to be whether that be chatting, practicing skills, or digging deeper.

30-minute check-ins

These are mainly used by guardians to speak with me and gameplan sessions and focus on parenting techniques. These are finetuning sessions that are beneficial every one to three months. We will review goals and progress in these sessions, too.

  • Good Faith Estimate

Under the federal No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining the expected cost of services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services, including psychotherapy. I will provide a written estimate at least one business day before your first scheduled session, and you are welcome to request one at any time.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
